From executive retreats to large-scale conferences, the West Street Hotel has partnered with The Bar Harbor Club and the Bar Harbor Regency to provide our guests with access to the area’s best meeting venues. Authentic Down East hospitality and a diverse selection of indoor and outdoor spaces ensure the perfect setting for your next corporate event.
Event Space at Bar Harbor Regency
The Bar Harbor Regency offers more than 4,000 square feet of flexible event space for corporate gatherings, including four banquet areas, three oceanfront break-out rooms and two ocean view master suites. Tented outdoor events can also be arranged for groups looking to enjoy our spectacular waterfront setting. Along with a comprehensive selection of meeting services including full catering and audiovisual support, we are happy to coordinate with outside vendors, or provide suggestions for local vendors we have successfully worked with in the past.
Meeting Venues at The Bar Harbor Club
Recently restored to its 1930s grandeur, The Bar Harbor Club was originally a private playground for the island's elite summer residents. Today, the Tudor-styled building features over 11,000 square feet of sophisticated event space separated into eight indoor venues, including the 4,200-square-foot Stotesbury Ballroom. There is also an expansive outdoor patio that overlooks Frenchman's Bay and provides a spectacular backdrop for signature events.
