The Exercise Studio houses state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment. We require all guests under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years old. For our spa guests 18 and older we have men’s and women’s locker rooms each featuring personal amenities, robes and slippers. Young adults, 12–17, may receive certain spa services when accompanied by an adult.

We suggest making all spa reservations at least two weeks in advance. Please call (207) 288-5251 for appointments. Appointments can be scheduled seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Guests will be required to give an accepted credit card to guarantee their appointments.  If you are redeeming a gift certificate, please have the number available.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to check-in, and begin to relax. This will help ensure that you receive the full benefit of your treatments. You will want to leave the products used in your treatments on as long as possible for the greatest benefit.

To help ensure a tranquil experience for every guest, we ask that you turn off all portable communication devices and not use cell phones within the spa.  We are a smoke-free facility.

Regretfully, the Spa at the Bar Harbor Club can not assume responsibility for any personal items that are left, lost or stolen.

Because we have reserved time especially for you, if you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your first service. 100% of the value of your services will be charged for changes and cancellations within 24 hours. Package cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours notice or will be charged 100% of the value. No shows will be charged the full amount of the service and the full service charge. The same applies for the use of gift certificates, with amount of treatment and service charge being deducted from the gift certificate.

We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes after its scheduled start time, after that we will assume you are a no show and release the remainder of the time. Late arrivals up to 15 minutes, will receive the balance of the time remaining and charged for the full service.

For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be added to your bill. Additional gratuities at guests’ discretion.
